Walsingham Pilgrimage and Norfolk Churches

After a long hiatus, we hope to be back to making regular posts here. Just before Christmas members of the community had the blessing to make a pilgrimage to Our Lady's Shrine at Walsingham. We were greeted warmly by everyone we encountered, and were able to see the first reconstruction of the Shrine in King's Lynn, slightly predating the restored Anglican Shrine at Walsingham.

After this, we made our way to Walsingham:

After this, we made our way to various other well preserved Norfolk churches. One of the most notable was the church of St Botolph in Trunch, which has a remarkable Font Canopy.
